Stickhandling, Shooting, Scrimmage
TOP SHELF HOCKEYSM SCHOOL adult development programs are for
men and women 18 years of age and older. Emphasis is on playing with
speed, agility, and creativity. Activities are designed to simulate game
situations while incorporating quickness, speed, read and react skills, as
well as teaching effective body positioning. Our professional staff will
provide each player with the knowledge and skills needed to improve their
game. This program is for all levels and positions, including goaltenders.
Lastly, it will also be fun!!!! Protective equipment including masks or
shields is highly recommended.
Adult clinics are also great for coaches. The explanations at the adult level
will help adults learn to teach and to coach kids too!
