Preseason prep is three, 60-minute on-ice sessions for Squirt, Pee Wee, and Bantam players and Goaltenders. These sessions are designed to improve the player’s skating legs and refine their hockey skill set, as well as develop new skills. These sessions will cover power skating, conditioning, stick handling, shooting, and improving a player's overall hockey IQ.
